Job Title - Engineering Manager/Director of Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and influence product strategy and roadmap

- We are looking to build a next generation workflow engine that helps automate complex marketing campaigns and multi-step sales workflows.

- The role is to own the project release of the engine by closely working with the leadership team.

- Build high-performing teams with a passion to build high quality software

- Mentor, coach and motivate engineers on becoming better software professionals

- Refine processes to make software releases easy and fast

- Work closely with product management team to ensure there is 100% clarity on roadmap and backlog.

- Closely work with QA and DevOps teams to ensure timely, bug-free releases

- Clear communication and 100% visibility of project status to all stakeholders

Requirements:

- Overall 10+ years of experience in software industry, with exposure to product development

- Passion for building and delivering great software which users love to use

- Understand the business use case and vision of workflow engine.

- Work with the product leadership team to build a systematic roadmap of how the workflow system will evolve.

- 6+ years of full-stack experience in building web applications using .NET or Java platform

- 3+ years of recent experience in leading software development teams with full responsibility of software releases, process and people management

- Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning
