- Spearhead the end-to-end product engineering for the consumer supply team, to drive scale and agility
- Lead a team of highly skilled engineers to design, develop and scale features for user base in millions
- Develop and mentor the team engineers to inculcate a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Identify engineering requirements from feature requests and deliver technical solutions
- Work closely with business, product and operations to contribute to business goals
Profile :
- 7+ years of experience as a software developer and 3+ years of people management experience
- B.Tech/ BE/ M.Tech from a premier institute - preferably in Computer Science
- Handled end-to-end product life cycle from conceptualisation to delivery
- Hands-on technologist with experience in Java, JSON, JQuery, Angular, Spring Boot and AWS
- Highly capable at managing people and schedules for multiple projects
