Position : Engineering Manager - Partner and Cross Sell

- We are looking for an engineering manager, with the ability to lead a group of highly ambitious and high performing engineers to amazing outcomes for the product & business on the B2B side.

- As an engineering manager, you are required to drive strong collaboration between the product managers, engineers, and business leaders helping critical decision making and delivery and own the product end to end.

- This team manages xlr8, an api and SAAS platform for Channel Partners to boost their MSME reach which includes automated payment and onboarding and also manages various Cross Sell Initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Drive best practices and ensure development of high quality solutions/technologies.

- Hire, develop and manage a team of high caliber engineers.

- Manage cross-product technical dependencies.

- Advocate for and ensure standards around technologies, frameworks, design patterns, processes and guiding values of the domain architecture.

Skills :

- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

- Team-orientated, passionate about developing others skills and capabilities.

- Strong sense of ownership and problem solving skills.

Requirements :

- 9-15 years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading software development teams.

- Hands-on experience with design and development of scalable web services and platforms.

- Proven track record of delivering results in an aggressive and fast paced environment

- Java, Spring boot, Cloud

Good to have :

- Knowledge of open source frameworks

- Knowledge of CI/CD and Cloud technologies
