Engineering Manager - Python - Internet Domain

Our client, one of the Global Leaders in Internet domain is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Bangalore team.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading & developing a hybrid team of Software, QA and Performance Engineers.

- Managing the leaders of development, dev QA and system performance teams and will need to act as a coach and mentor.

Your pay includes:

Base Salary: up to 40 Lakhs CTC + Benefits + Stock Options

We'd love to speak to you, if:

- You've more than 8 years of experience in software engineering.

- You've more than 6 years of leading engineering and development teams or projects.

- You've more than 2 years in developing Web/Mobile applications using python.

- You've knowledge of standard and repeatable software engineering practices.

- You've knowledge of Distributed Systems, Databases, Computer & Network Security, Big Data Systems.
