Engineering Manager - Product Firm (8-15 yrs)
- You must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Total of 8+ years of experience in building cutting-edge products. Deep experience in building very large scale applications and 2+ years of experience in team management would be a plus
- Strong technical competence is required to gain credibility and the ability to architect, design, and code complex systems.
- Ability to make technology choices such as right language, right frameworks, and right database choices.
- Strong inclination towards engineering excellence and constantly iterating on the processes to deliver high-quality applications.
- Ability to work with ambiguity in high paced environments
