Job details :

Position: Engineering Manager - Mobile Application Development on Acrobat for Document Cloud BU

What you- ll do

- Hiring, coaching, goal-setting and professional development of team members

- Inspiring and encouraging the team. Ensuring that team dynamics continue to be healthy and that team cohesion is high

- Reviewing and providing feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, time & budget estimates, and test strategies

- Managing projects risks & creative problem solving

- Developing and evolving engineering and business processes to optimize team efficiency

- Partner with other teams across BUs for achieving common goals

What you need to succeed

- Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

- 7+ years as a software developer working on enterprise software

- 1+ years as a software engineering manager with a proven track record in meeting commitments

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong management and leadership skills

- Hands on experience with Mobile App Development

- Experience with working on large scale production level systems
