- 4-8 years of experience in Software Engineering Manager - Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures - Strong at architecture, design and created products from scratch to scale up - Experience leading software development teams before, ideally using Agile Scrum methodology - The ability to take technical ownership of assigned projects from high-level project scope down to details of individual class, API design and database design - Experience of working hands-on on any Techstack - Ability to lead a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Implement and improve Engineering practices for all services. - Experience on Postgres/Mysql database - Experience and excitement for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
