Must Haves :

- Product engineering road map, quality assurance, software development life cycle and various services of organisations.

- Work with the Directors, PM and Business to develop a long-term product plan, products and manage the release planning cycles for all products.

- Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to take a project from prototype to production quality

- Translate the impact of architecture and design choices on non-functional attributes like scalability, performance, availability and security

- Provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers and make complex design decisions

- Hiring and mentoring your team; helping individuals grow in the organisation
