The Opportunity:

At EFI we- re growing our Cloud Development team to build leading edge SaaS based platform for the printing Industry.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 8+ Engineers in EFI India Development Centre in collaboration with Product Management, Business development team, and engineering to build next generation state of the art SaaS and cloud-based products.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish world class cloud development team - hire, train, mentor, top-grade.

- Provide guidance in building scalable architecture.

- Lead development of next generation work of Cloud based Product- running on AWS platform

- Organize and prioritize development team workload in order to meet important delivery deadlines

- Work collaboratively across team boundaries to achieve important corporate goals

- Define, deploy, and drive sustainable and repeatable process improvements through the entire software development lifecycle. Tailor and implement software development methodologies, best practices, and standard work to achieve the highest product quality while continuously improving performance, productivity and execution of the software organization.

Qualification

Required

- Experience in architecting and developing complex, scalable multi-tenant SaaS based products using

Microservices on AWS platform.

- Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure full stack - Angular.JS/Node.JS

- Developed multi-node clusters using Databases using Cassandra/My SQL/Elastic Search

- Hands on experience in configuration tools like - Docker, Jenkin, GitHub etc.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing Environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

- Experience in life cycle development for a product suite including architecture, design, development, integration, test, lab testing, field testing and customer deployments

- Understanding of various development methodologies, including Waterfall and agile

- B.E/M.S./MCA degree from a reputed Institute with 10+ years of experience.
