Engineering Leader - Telecom

As an Engineering Leader of the Telecom Engineering Vertical, you will

- Lead the Telecom Engineering Function including tracking the progress of all telecom software development projects for Successful Customer Deliveries

- Interact closely with the customers and ensure that their expectations are being met

- Provide techno-management leadership to the team for meeting Engineering Goals, Project deliveries and keeping the team motivated

- Be Responsible for resource management and new hiring to ensure growth and meeting future customer opportunities - managing and tracking the hiring of new team members would be very important function to ensure continuous growth

- Interacting closely with the Sales team and R&D/development team for new proposals and opportunities

- Should have experience on successfully implementing Wireless/ Telecom projects - exposure to Wireless technologies such as 4G/5G is expected

- Ensure that Quality processes and standards are followed

- Work on RFPs, pre-sales, estimations, people management

- Report to Co Founder and Leadership team
