Job Description - The Engineering Leader will manage a team of 35 - 40. Looking for 12 - 15 years of experience with strong development experience and knowledge of NLP along with people management skills.

Description:
- Run a team of Speech, Natural Language Processing, Computation Linguistics Engineering
- Understand the requirements / customisation from the client and drive the team to deliver the same within set time-lines
Profile
- B.E./B.Tech with 12+ years of overall experience
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with building NLP applications using opensource frameworks, eg: NLTK, Spacy, Stanford CoreNLP, NER, etc.
- Proven track record of team and stakeholder management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
