BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (CS/ Electronics) from reputed Institute with more than 12 years experience majorly in SaaS software product development.

- Very high proficiency in Dot Net, C # & Microsoft technologies.

- Must have practical experience of implementing Agile (SCRUM) based approach in medium to large organizations with multiple development teams.

- Must have experience as Scrum master with demonstrable experience in managing product and project backlogs with other stakeholders such as product managers.

- Strong skills in SQL Server with Schema Design and Stored Procedures.

- Must have experience on performance optimization and large data sets.

- Should have fundamental knowledge of Azure and PaaS, preferably with experience in designing and leading migrations of IaaS based applications onto PaaS.

- Must have demonstrable experience in building and managing Enterprise scale applications engineered and delivered as SaaS (Software as a Service) or PaaS (Platform As a Service) ideally in Microservices architecture or SOA design patterns.

- Must have a solid grasp on Enterprise Architecture and Integration.

- Should have implemented Code Quality related programs in the organization such as setting up peer code review practices, pair programming practices, setting up quality frameworks using tools such SonarQube, Semmle, BlackDuck, AppScan etc.

- Must have experience with application lifecycle management including build automation using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Hudson, Team Foundation Server (TFS) etc.

- Should be an "out of the box" thinker with strong competencies to tackle & resolve technical challenges while working with multiple teams and stakeholders (internal Employees and External customers).

- Work independently and strengthen/ motivate the team with excellent leadership as a role model.

Good to Have

- Good implementation knowledge & skills on agile software development models & processes to ensure successful delivery and quality of all projects.

- Should have previous experience in travel domain- GDS.

- Should have worked in a dynamic environment and directly with the CXO/CTO.

- Experience in automating release process using tools such as Microsoft Release Management, Bamboo, uDeploy, UrbanCode etc.

- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos

- Experience with Microservice based application management in clouds such as Azure, AWS

- Experience with automating infrastructure with technologies such as Puppet and Chef etc.

- Experience with Enterprise Integration tools and methodologies such as TIBCO EMS, MSMQ etc.

- Experience with distributed computing libraries such as AKKA.NET, Orleans etc.

- Experience in establishing frameworks to provide insights into application performance using tools such as ELK stack, Application Insights.

- A good GitHub or StackOverFlow profile is a definite plus.
