Head of Engineering (9-16 yrs)

Your Playing Field,

- As a Head of Engineering, we need you to be a "REFERENT" to our teams who can help them with the project know-hows, the plan on howwe can build or evolve our solution following Agile practises with a strong flavour of technology, animating and taking decisions along with the key stakeholders involved in the project.

- You will be working collaboratively with the product owners, business leaders and scrum teams to execute different projects as per the business strategies inline with the industry standard practises while being an actor on the scope as well. To be more specific, we are looking for someone who are stronger than who were are at the same time who has the following:

- A smart IT Project leadership Skill (from A to Z: getting the budget, to implementing them and handing over to the support teams) who is constantly self-learning and has a good sense of teamwork. Curious and willing to listen to others with an open mindset.

- 5 Years to 12 Years of Experience in managing Software Development Projects (Website, Mobile App, Java, Microservices).

- Minimum 5+ Years of experience relevant to Software development projects using Agile framework in E-commerce and Retail projects. CSM & PMP Certification is a plus.

A big fan of prescience in the trend of business and technology, you are also human-oriented and co-work lover. Challenge and accept being challenged in terms of choices and visions. Knows how to communicate, defend their opinions and generate support.

A person who loves to work with people and is happy to share and develop them (Leadership experience) by setting up a high demanding level to himself and team as an example always working towards operational excellence. Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
