Job Description :

- Opportunity to head the engineering for payments in well established fintech company.

- Must have 15+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in Java, micro-services based architecture, Apache Kafka.

- Experience working with product companies is a must with preference for payments.

Description

- Build a payment system that is highly scalable and able to give the customers a personalised experience

- Oversee the architecture, design and integration of payment platform to achieve hyper growth

- Build a strong technology team for development and delivery of high performing payment products

- Working closely with both business and product teams to define products and features

Profile

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- Atleast 15+ years of experience in back-end development,experience working with technologies like Java, micro-services and Kafka

- Experience working in the payments/Check-out teams in the past

- Managerial experience and having built engineering/technology team in the past

- Experience in working with large amounts of data in the past

- Worked on large scale systems in the past

- A problem solving mindset and enthusiasm to working on new technology
