What you'll need:&nbsp; - At least 7 years experience as an individual technical contributor and Manager to mobile, web, data platform or distributed backend systems. You should be ready to get in the fire with your team to help them fight the toughest problem-solving situations. - Engineering excellence. You have demonstrated engineering excellence in your past experience. You have strong programming, architecture, DevOps and QA chops. You'll be managing several direct reports initially and will have the opportunity to scale and build out a high-performing engineering team. - You will be judged based on your ability to identify opportunities and lead/grow engineers through efficient execution. You must be persuasive, patient, compassionate and possess exquisite prioritization skills. - Biased toward action.
