Job Description - Lead the Engineering Vertical and manage engineering deliverables, utilities, equipments and automation of the Discovery Services' domain.

Client Details :

The client is an innovation focused Indian MNC offering integrated scientific services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, nutrition, animal health, consumer goods and specialty chemical industries.

Description :

- Be a strategic leader, responsible for delivering best in class engineering facilities and improvising the existing facilities

- Lead a large team, bring in initiatives for continuous improvement

- Adopt industry best practices

- Lead Asset management from installation till asset retirement, tracking performance through analytics ensuring performance to global best standards of equipment effectiveness

- Bring in visionary scope to improvise the business from an engineering standpoint

Profile :

- Engineering graduate with a PG in management/technical domain

- Certification in lean six sigma, energy management, safety, etc

- Strong understanding of the engineering aspects of drug discovery

- Must have an engineering consulting background

- Should have led large projects and must have demonstrated success with client engagement

- Should have led large teams in the past and must be able to guide them ahead

- Should be technically sound

- Must have at least 15 years' experience
