Engineering Director & Site Lead - Software Development

- Successfully implementing organization policies to ensure the center is meeting its short-and long-term objectives

- Develop, establish and drive implementation of operating model in the Pune Center to support Global Technology service delivery and operations driving innovation

- Create high value technology teams that will deliver products and solutions that will drive increased or new revenue for the firm and create a culture of innovation

Profile :

The successful candidate will have the following experience :

- 20 years of overall experience including 8+ years in building and managing world class software engineering teams with 100+ employees in a multifunctional role spanning across organisation functions

- Experience in leading high value innovation, applied technology research teams and end-to-end technology solution delivery

- Expertise in managing global and cross-functional teams with a strong background in engineering and technology, strategic planning and software development

- Demonstrated Product Management capabilities including Business value articulation
