Description - Engg Director would be reporting into the CTO and will be responsible for the entire product development function of the organization. Looking for 15+ years of software development experience in mobile wallets, payments, APIs, remittances, etc. with significant techno-managerial experience (20+ team members at least).

Job Description :
- Building the product development strategy and roadmap for the organization
- Drive, lead and manage a team of highly skilled technology professionals
- Architecture and code reviews
- Be hands-on as if required at times
- Ensure excellent development and work culture practices
Profile:
- B.E, B.Tech/MS in Computer Science from top tier institute
- 15+ years of experience in the product development and architecture space is a must have
- 8+ years of techno-managerial experience is a must have
- Fintech experience in wallets, payments, lending, remittances, etc. is a must have requirement
- Self driven individual
- Excellent technical mentoring experience
