What Are Your Responsibilities - Identify and collaborate with sales and solution consulting teams to discover/scope the requirements for new and existing clients to win new business and grow existing accounts - Lead executive sales presentations at end - user locations and conduct implementation services workshop to develop business use cases - Discover the requirements for clients to propose complete integrated solution offerings that clearly fit into customer's business requirements to solve their current pain points - Develop value implementation plan & statement of work (SOW) for all the new and up-sell opportunities in the region - Establish and maintain partner relationships, and work on integrated account plan relating to Professional Services in the region. - Update and manage the pipeline, prepare revenue forecasts and focus on account mapping for optimizing the revenue for professional services. - Support the regional sales team to win new business and grow existing accounts by coordinating and responding to all inbound leads (RFI's & RFP's). - Own and manage a portfolio of regional accounts; controlling project scope, change control processes, risks/issues and mitigation plans - Develop and provide weekly project status reports on implementation status, risks, issues, change requests etc. to both internal and external stakeholders. - Develop, build, and maintain durable and trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Ensure the overall program is effective, whilst running individual projects according to schedule, forecasting accurately and keeping within budget. - Coordinate between, business consulting, engineering, sales and client success team to successfully deliver implementation projects in the region. - Be the primary interface for all the professional services activities/opportunities and develop strong relationships and managing client expectations to drive successful and measurable outcomes for the client. Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified - 8+ years of previous experience in business development, sales or professional services - Go-getter and self-starter attitude with complete ownership of the services business the business in the region - Decisive, quick thinking, likes to task risks and ownership - Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight - Ability to work individually and as a member of a team - Strong influencing skills and negotiation / mediation skills - Experience in social media platform / management software is preferred - Extremely strong written, verbal communication in English and and presentation skills - Competency working in a highly-matrixed environment - High-level of integrity and honesty - Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills - Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively - Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision - Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort Location : Bangalore
