Engagement Manager


Expertise:

- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to seek to understand our customer's needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in and developing valued solutions

- Deep domain expertise in the healthcare payer and provider space with sound understanding of payer/provider data such as HIS/HIE/EMR, finance, insurance claims and related KPIs

- Experience leveraging formal project management and development methodologies on large enterprise level engagements

- Understanding of technology principles and services including solutioning, infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms and consumer facing technology

- Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute

- Business and financial acumen

- Business case development

- Takes proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations

- Works effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

- Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Working closely with the country, leadership and technology teams, this role will lead the teams to develop new, and manage and expand, existing business within the region, support in large public sector health technology engagements

- Support the big data analytics platform engineering team with domain expertise around payer/provider data and analytics

- Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations

- Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction

- Develop solutions for large and complex sales opportunities.

- Develops and delivers outstanding presentations and demonstrations

- Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business

- Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell

- Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to potential customers

- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence

- Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processes

- Utilizing specialist knowledge of business processes and products and offerings to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients' articulated business strategy

- Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery

- Formulation of high-quality bids and proposals

- Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in preferably in Engineering

- Minimum total professional experience of 10 years

- Minimum of 5-8 years hands-on experience in the health tech space, related to payer/provider data/analytics

- In-depth experience and knowledge of business-driven technology solutions required

- Excellent working knowledge of solution and integration design

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills

- Business-case, proposal, and technical writing skills required
