Engagement Manager - Consulting - IIM/XLRI/ISB/FMS/IIT/NIT/BITS (6-12 yrs)

Background in Big 4 consulting.
Mandatory experience: Consultative Sales, Consulting Delivery and Business Development
Should have been a part of Innovation Projects, Accelerator and should possess good network
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary charter of this role will be to manage relationship with existing large enterprise accounts & identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the enterprise sales head to drive lead generation and closure
- CXO / Senior Management level engagement
- Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
- Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction
- You will be responsible to drive new bookings/revenue
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities with new and existing clients
- Develop strong relationships with client leadership to take the - Trusted Advisor- role
- Understand client business goals, strategic mandates and initiatives, and leverage them to deliver apt value propositions
- Manage client queries and objections during the sales process
- Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly forecast review meetings with all the stakeholders to review the progress towards revenue and growth goals
REQUIREMENTS
- The candidates should have exceptional verbal, written & presentation skills.
- Must have at least 6-10 years of RELEVANT experience in Sales /Solution Selling/Account management/Business development in a closing/quota bearing role
- An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about consultative sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present & future of sales.
- Should have a natural flair for conversations & enjoy talking to customers
- Making outbound sales calls is an integral part of this role, so the person should love the idea of connecting with multiple customers/accounts in a day/week.
- Should have proven track record of successfully achieving & overachieving his/her targets
- Should possess a sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- MBA from Tier 1 MBA College (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS)
- Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs- Pilani, NSIT, DCE) / other Tier-1 colleges (SRCC, LSR, DSE)
