Engagement Manager -Advisory/ Strategy consulting/ GBS/ GCC
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an integrator connecting various workstreams such as finance, HR, talent acquisition, branding, engineering, IT, which otherwise could remain siloed
- Be efficient communicator linking the leadership team and center to the broader organization
- Act as the honest broker and truth teller when leader needs wide perspective without bias and customer's organizational agenda
- Act as honest broker and truth teller for matters that require close attention
- Act as an adviser and confidant to the Center Head and the senior management team to meet the objectives of CoE
- Leverage knowledge base and in-house experts, as necessary to enable the charter of the CoE
- Assist the Center Head in facilitating effective decision-making, executive communication, governance, and reporting (tracking KPIs through executive dashboards)
- Be a thought partner to leadership on the organization's vision, priorities, and challenges
- Be an evangelist of the core values of the organization
- Strategic Initiatives - Drive discrete projects on behalf of the center head and the leadership team which allow for higher growth and maturity of the CoE
- Program Management - Monitor, support, track and ensure success in one-time and on-going efforts across functions such as Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, Facilities
- Attend meetings with global functional teams, act as a liaison on behalf of the center leadership team
- Own and run steering committee meetings with Executive Leadership Team to align on goals and track progress
- Research & Competitive Intelligence - advise on industry benchmarking data and best practices
Skillsets Required:
- Capabilities in cross-functional Stakeholder management and program management
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Strong executive communication skills
- Highly resourceful with ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence
- Experience working with Executives (VP/CXO levels)
- Ability to cross sell, upsell and build business opportunities by understanding the customer
- 8-12 years' experience in Strategy, Operations and consultative roles or experience in management consulting
Good at Project Management/ Program management/ Strategy consulting / Advisory/GBS Transformation /GCC transformation
