Desired candidate profile : - CRM and SFE Expert with deep domain and functional understanding. At least 5-7 years of experience with multiple greenfield implementations of CRM and supporting systems with proven benefits to the business topline - Experience managing CRM and SFE omnichannel digitization initiatives for large field force (5000+) - Digital transformation champion who takes the initiative from ideation to rollout through consistent change management delivery efforts - Expert Knowledge of CRM systems like Veeva, Omnipresence or IQVIA - Excellent Functional knowledge of SFE domain within life sciences and would have worked on within India and other markets - Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Business Benefit Realization of Sales Force system for tangible business impact
