Engagement Lead - Digital Marketing for Dr.Reddys


Job Description:

- The Digital & Process Excellence team in Dr. Reddy's laboratories has the charter to build competitive edge to the business by proactively building world class high quality innovative and Business Process Improvement solutions/Services for all geographies of business including Emerging Markets and India - the future growth engine of the company. To enable this vision, the team focuses on:

1. Creating strategy that not only aligns with business priorities but also creates and enables new business models that add competitive advantage to business.

2. Building thought leadership and expertise in emerging technologies and creatively applies it to different needs of the business.

3. Driving continuous Business Process Simplification, Improvement and Excellence.

4. Implementation of projects within time and budget addressing critical business needs leveraging appropriate technology.

5. Driving and Ensuring benefit realization of various implemented projects.

6. Sustaining and maintaining a world class Digital infrastructure and Application landscape.

We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for creating innovative business solutions leveraging appropriate and emerging digital technologies. Ideally candidates should have:

A. Domain Knowledge: 

1. Excellent Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, E-commerce domain

2. Exposure of CRM, CLM and KOL processes and solutions will be an added advantage

B. Digital Marketing Expertise: 

1. Experience in digital marketing with expertise in Email, Search (SEO & PPC), CRM, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest), Display, Affiliates

2. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Social Media Analytics etc.)

3. Prior working knowledge of Social Media Engagement Tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch etc.

4. Ability to define ROI metrics for brand campaigns as per campaign objectives

5. Prior experience as Product Manager (UI/UX, Customer funnel, A/B testing etc.) would be an added advantage

C. Business Process Experience & Digital

1. Ability to identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries for Pharma business processes with focus on Sales & Marketing

2. Capability to lead business process improvement engagements using Digital Technologies and allied change management

3. Experience in automating Business processes especially Sales & Marketing processes using traditional and digital technologies like Mobility - Mobile Apps / Social Collaboration / Analytics / Cloud Computing / Big Data etc.

4. Capability of creating Digital Technology enabled solutions addressing critical business needs

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Skills Required:

Technical Requirements : Sound knowledge of Digital Technologies, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management Educational Qualifications: MBA / Engineer (Sales & Marketing / Information Technology) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution. Agile Practitioner preferred
