Relevant Experience 2-12 years

- We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to be part of our IBC team that manages Talent Acquisition, Leadership Search, Business Development & Talent Research in Investment Banking & Capital Markets, Consulting & KPO sectors.

- We help our clients with niche human capital requirements including quants, analytics, research, machine learning and AI, risk, compliance and governance, M&A and strategy/ management consulting.

- The team's offerings range from the plain vanilla search service to advisory and market intelligence.

- We are looking for someone who is sharp, analytical, self-driven, and business oriented, with strong communication skills and a strong value system.

- Prior talent acquisition experience is highly desirable, and so is exposure to financial markets, consulting and outsourcing.
