Job Description: Product Manager-I - We are looking for a rock-star candidate to work in the Engagely team at Exponentia.ai. You will be responsible for building, scaling and promoting our conversational AI and BI product and driving customer acquisition for enterprise customers for the product; hence we expect the candidate to be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a data and number driven approach. - Our ideal candidate is passionate not only about developing user friendly product and building global go-to-market plans, but also creating innovative and effective marketing campaigns and delivering tools that enable sales to convert opportunities. The role requires a self-starter and innovative product manager who is tech savvy, passionate about AI and understand the business impact of conversational AI. - Work with the Product Director and Lead Product Manager to establish a shared vision across the product,tech and R&amp;D teams. - Lead the ideation, scoping, launch and continued adoption of product and features - Develop the product strategy, go-to-market, positioning and messaging with the Product Marketing team - Build consensus on the priorities of product execution to deliver on the vision - Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists and designers - Engage and work closely with the Engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods, a reasonable execution schedule and foster accountability - Take a user-centric view to understand customer needs and gather requirements - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements - Love your metrics! Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product and all dependents What to bring: - MBA (Tier1 institutes only) with 3-5 years of experience - Experience as software development engineer - Understanding and articulating customer's needs. - Comfortable working with data. Better if you are comfortable with SQL/R/Python
