Responsibilities

- Managing the overall accounting, financing, costing, auditing and taxation of the company.

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements (TDS, Service Tax, PT, PF, ESI etc.)

- Maintenance of books of Accounts through Tally journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

- Monthly Closure of Books of accounts (P&L, Balance sheet).

- Responsible for Short term & Long-term Cash Planning. Cash flow forecasting and Cash Flow generation.

- Responsible for all Statutory Compliances and Annual fillings.

- Inter-company Reconciliations, vendor-customer reconciliations.

- Responsible for all secretarial compliances.

- Assist in Finalization of Annual audits, Statutory Audit and Transfer pricing reports.

- Creation of financial KPIs and validation with the business plan.

- Preparation of Monthly & quarterly MIS reports.

- Managing and controlling AR (Accounts Receivable) & AP (Accounts Payable)

- Assist in Finalization of Annual audits, Statutory Audit and Transfer pricing reports.

- Finalization of Books of Accounts.

- Ensuring Cost Controls and revenue assurance.

- Supporting senior management in liaisoning with outside entities including banks and factoring companies

Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant / ICWA or similar qualification.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant / ICWA or with a similar qualification with 4to 5 years post qualification experience.

- Excellent Excel skills. The ideal candidate should be able to use advanced Excel features

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Must have worked in IT Services Organization with international exposure.

- Strong knowledge on Fundamental principles of Finance and Accounting
