Energyhive is a platform for energy-focussed products & services. We work with companies like Bosch, Coca-Cola, TVS group, Asahi glass, etc and have built a high energy consumer network of 1,200 companies across 7 states.

Our focus is on rapidly spreading the adoption of sustainable energy solutions, building our network of energy consumers and partnering with reliable, cutting edge technology and solution providers in the fields of renewable energy as well as energy efficiency products and solutions. We also work with the CII and GoI's Invest in India program to enable this goal.

We are looking for passionate people to join our business development team. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills, with prior quota-carrying sales experience. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial high power consumers, wind/solar power asset owners, vendor-partners, consultants, and other stakeholders

- Use existing and new relationships to generate inquiries

- Understand the customer's current scenario and propose suitable solutions

- Understand financial, operational and other critical aspects of the wind, solar power and energy businesses

- Work with senior management to set targets & work tirelessly to deliver

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

- Travel frequently at short notice

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 3-5 years quota-carrying sales/business development background in industrial sales is required

- Education Qualification Required: BE - Mechanical/Chemical

- Role requires a certain level of technical understanding, so the candidate should have the ability to absorb technical knowledge.

- Proficiency in MS-Excel and English (written and verbal) is a must

- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus

- Must be a proactive, driven and analytical person
