Likes to run experiments to see what works and what doesn- t. Is a Pro at using Data Analytics Tools - User Research - Knows the art of conducting user interviews and uncovering behaviours, motivations, problems and needs of users. - User-centered Design- Can convert user insights/problems into feasilble features and deliver them through effective interactions on desktop or mobile - Growth Tactics - Must be able to incorporate virality and other growth techniques into the platform to help further usage and adoption ON A DAILY BASIS, THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO : - Understand our users and their problems; identify gaps where we can step in and serve the market better - Use these insights and understand business goals and marry the two to create compelling solutions - Illustrate these solutions to the last detail through specs, user flows, low fidelity mocks and great copy - Define processes to measure the effectiveness of the solution - use data analytics tools to track adoption, churn etc. - Regularly monitor the performance of products and features - identify areas for optimization - Define processes for constantly gathering user feedback and intel - plough that back into ideating on system enhancements - Evangelize the product internally - train other teams on the new product and feature launches - Be the glue between business and tech teams by translating problems highlghted by client-facing teams into solutions that can be built by the tech teams BONUS POINTS : - Can code - Active Blogger - Has Knowledge of Agile Methodologies - Has a sharp business sense - Understands User psychology - Avid Reader of Product Blogs and Books If you make the cut, you will be working with a passionate team that deeply cares about solving user problems and delivering high quality solutions to enable businesses to succeed online.
