Endo - Director/Head - Plant HR/Human Resources (14-18 yrs)

Job Summary :-

This position will lead Plant HR and responsible to perform activities in the human resources, includes screening, recruitment, interviewing and placing workers, onboarding of employees, employee administration, and providing continuous performance coaching and development training, and also responsible for the coordination of Payroll, Statutory, Taxation at the Indore site.

Recruitment and Work force planning

- Has an understanding the manpower requirement of current or anticipated staffing needs of various departments of the site.

- Creates a candidates pool for the current and future manpower requirements.

- Prepares manpower budget and control the manpower cost.

- Implements the corporate workforce planning strategy at site.

Culture Building

- Responsible for development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital at the site.

- Addresses employee-related issues such as work complaints, harassment allegations, work complaints or other concerns of employees.

- Conducts exit interviews and ensures that necessary feedbacks are collected and analyzed.

- Responsible for implementation Rewards and Recognition at the Plant.

Payroll, Statutory & Taxation

- Review Salary computation and other information to deduct and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

- Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefits plans at the site.

Performance Management

- Ensures adherence to performance management of the site, as per corporate guideline.

- Facilitates the merit increase normalization process of the site.

- Consolidates the final normalization and send to corporate for merit planning.

- Prepares the annexure sheets for the eligible individuals at the site.

Training

- Analyzes Training need to design employee development.

- Coordinates and conducts the training for existing and new employees.

HR Policies & Procedure

- Implements HR polices to support business requirement.

Education & Experience

- Master of Business Administration

- Minimum 15 years of experience in HR and Plant experience
