The Job:

Looking for a full-time marketing person to drive/support a variety of marketing initiatives for the firm. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with media relations and event planning.

Position Details:

- Generalist marketing role and will require someone with a strong understanding of the overall marketing communications mix.

- Candidate will play a key role in assisting with programs that promote and expand awareness of Endiya Partners and its portfolio companies amongst entrepreneurs, venture capital community, and technology press.

- Support in designing and delivering services that add value to Endiya Partners and its portfolio companies beyond capital infusion.

Requirements: Candidates for the role should have demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in project management and execution.

- 4-5 years of experience as a marketing professional with a preference for those in the technology industry. An enterprise software background is not required but beneficial. Previous experience in media Cos active in start-up/VC coverage (such as Yourstory, Inc42, Vccircle etc) would be preferable

- Demonstrated ability to produce written content across a variety of formats (print, web media, presentations).

- Experience in executing integrated marketing communications plans and campaigns.

- Hands-on self-starter. Being proactive and possessing a strong can-do attitude are critical to success in this role.

- Outstanding written and oral communications skills.

- Experience with media relations, particularly in the technology sector.

- Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

- Some event planning and execution experience strongly desired.

- Demonstrated interest in working with venture-backed enterprise startups. Experience working in or with either the technology startups is a bonus
