This position will report to the Manager of Internal Audit &amp; Compliance in India. Overall responsibilities would include providing assistance in preparing the annual audit plan for the year &amp; conducting internal audits as per the plan drafted.&nbsp; Candidate would be working closely with stakeholders in obtaining management comments on audit observations and subsequently resolving audit recommendations. Candidate will be working closely with India IA leadership to finalize IA reports/memos. This position will also be responsible in working towards ensuring a robust internal control environment per ICoFR framework, carrying out investigations and special projects requested by management. - Ensure internal audits are conducted as per the plan, agree findings with stakeholders, prepare remediation plans, draft audit reports, perform follow up reviews - Work on MCM India's Internal Controls in compliance with ICOFR requirements - Conduct Investigations, Management/Consulting reviews etc. as requested by management from time to time.
