Encore Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited ("EARC" or "Company") is an asset reconstruction company duly registered with the Reserve Bank of India. It is a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, Inc ("Encore") and joint venture between Encore, International Finance Corporation (a member of the world bank group) and ADV Partners (a Singapore based PE fund).

Encore, headquartered at San Diego, USA, and is a publicly traded NASDAQ company (ticker symbol: ECPG). It is a recognized leader in distressed consumer debt buying and recovery. It purchases defaulted consumer loans from major banks, credit unions, and utility providers and works directly with consumers as they repay their obligations. Encore currently has operations and investments in 11 countries.

We are looking at hiring talented folks with relevant exposure (below)-

- The Manager is responsible for a combination of data analysis, MIS reporting and analytical process management to support various business units and functions in the company. The individual will be required to take on independent analytical projects to provide business measurement matrix, build grounds-up risk reporting and MIS structures based on business requirements and work on key business initiatives.

- Further, Manager will be involved in key decision driving analytical modeling for business functioning. Based on the analytical outputs

- Manager will make recommendations to improve the business effectiveness and hence profitability. Manager will be required work in extended teams for implementation of such recommendations. Lastly, the Manager will be required to handle various key projects on his own with minimum supervision where the Manager will be required to design & implement new procedures to support MIS function.

- The role requires both business insight and technical know-how in a variety of data extraction tools, including SQL and MS Excel.

Skills:

- Strong and consistent academic record in engineering, quantitative or statistical field.

- 6-8 years experience in analytics post bachelor's or Masters Qualification, including 2+ year in lending domain

- Advance knolwedge of MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint),VBA, SQL or SAS

- Ability to manage data from diverse sources.

- Understanding of statistical modeling, segmentation, operations analytics.

- Strong problem solving and analytical aptitude.

- A self-starter and self-motivated individual with ability to effectively manage diverse projects, multitask, provide consistent results.

- Strong Communication (Written and Verbal)

- Project Management and presentation skills
