Experience: 1 to 3 years of work experience from a reputed advisory firm, mid-market Investment Bank, private equity or venture capital firm, or corporate finance/strategy role with renewable energy / environment firm.

Job Description: Opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing sector focused advisory firm -

The incumbent will be a part of the advisory team, responsible for research and analysis of companies, and supporting transaction execution. The primary role would be transaction execution as support to the transaction lead and does involve significant direct client interaction. Responsibilities include collection and analysis of business information, preparation of company overviews, information memorandums (IM- s), presentations, and other collateral. Candidate will prepare summary notes for internal and external purposes with highest expectations on quality of the output. Candidate will also be responsible for financial analysis and preparation of financial models, valuation models and project models. Candidate will provide active support to transaction lead during the due diligence process and facilitate communications among all stakeholders. Position requires candidate to identify and communicate with investors and global counter-parties on a regular basis so candidate will have to maintain flexible working hours to cater to global requirements. Candidate may be required to travel domestically and internationally depending on demands of the assignment. Candidate will resolve any urgent queries thereby enabling the timely closure of the transaction. Role will also include setting up meetings with clients and managing time schedules during transaction execution.

Skills and Requirements:

- Actively participated in executing successful transactions in PE/VC syndication, M&A or Project Finance

- Experience working in or dealing with Clean Energy, Environment and related companies

- Developed valuation models and performed valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading and transaction comparables to evaluate a range of strategic alternatives

- Demonstrated capability of having analysed different types of businesses and industries

- Expertise in building Information Memorandum, business summaries etc

- Must be a quick learner, can work independently and handle heavy workload while remaining focused in fast paced collaborative team environment

- Solid expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
