About us:

Encasa is a digital-first home furnishings brand with distribution across the world (currently US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico and our home, India).We started off as an Amazon-first brand and are now expanding to an omni-channel presence. We manufacture our own high-quality products in factories based in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage production capacity to get required output.

2. Add capacity internal/external for growth.

3. Ensure fabric & accessories are supplied on time.

4. Ensure quality standards are maintained.

5. Follow factory & labor laws matters.

6. Manage all day to day issues within framework.

7. Control costs within given parameters.

8. Travel to Karur once monthly to oversee.

9. Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to management.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years experience with at least 2 years at similar position

- Must have good experience in Export production, garments or home textiles

- Must have graduate/Postgraduate degree

- Must have complete knowledge of labor & factory laws

- Should be able to travel regularly to Karur/Bhiwandi/Surat, etc

- Tamil speaking would be preferable.
