Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead for ENABL:

- Do you dream of getting involved in every conceivable task in marketing? Do you want to work with everything from sales presentations and customer cases to employer branding in a large group? And can you work independently and enterprisingly? Then it maybe you we are looking for!!

- As a Marketing Lead in ENABL you will be part of a marketing team that operates, develops, and implements marketing and communication tasks for India.

Your primary tasks will be:

- To prepare and coordinate technical marketing.

- To maintain and develop website, brochures, offer templates and customer cases.

- Write and edit content for various platforms such as LinkedIn, Company website and CRM tools.

- To provide administrative support and project support for various marketing initiatives.

- To assist the sales team and other departments with marketing materials.

- Create content for social media ; both text, video, and graphics.

- To update and maintain presentations as well as other communication material.

- To plan trade fairs and small corporate events.

- There are many different tasks from the department and the organization, and it is therefore important that you can follow the tasks based on priority and timeline. At the same time, it is important that you take ownership and self-driving in the job.

Profile:

- You come with a Bachelor or Masters in Marketing / Communication with 8 to 12 years of experience from similar field

- Experience in marketing technical and industrial solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement.

- As a person, you work independently and in a structured way.

- You are good at seeking out necessary knowledge around the organization

- You have an eye for detail, but at the same time maintain an overview

- You are a team player who can collaborate across functions, departments, and other partners

In addition:

- Are you a well-formulated communicator in writing (English)

- Do you have a natural interest in social media, digital trends, and creative copywriting

- Do you have a commercial and creative mindset as well as an aesthetic sense.

- You come with a drive, a good sense of order and are careful with your work tasks.

- Do you have a good business understanding.

Reporting Structure : The position is based at our office in Chennai and functionally refers to the Marketing Head in ENABL DK with administrative reporting to the CEO - India
