EmployWise - Relationship Manager - Account Management (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

Account / Relationship manager responsibilities include:

1. Developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers

2. Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

3. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Desired Candidature:

You will be successful in this role if you think you have the following qualities:

1. Have a background on selling IT product or services / or has worked on an IT product in the past

2. Proven account management or other relevant experience

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

4. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

6. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

8. 5 to 8 years of experience and bachelors with a MBA OR relevant work experience.

Job Role:

Your day to day activities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

5. Communicate clearly the progress of weekly / monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

6. Forecast and track key account metrics and ensure customer delight

7. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

8. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
