QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS : MBA in HR

Relevant Experience : 3 to 6 Yrs in Manufacturing Industry preferably FMCG/Food Processing.

Personnel Management : Life Cycle of the Employee- Joining/Exit formalities, Pre-Employment Health Check-up and record keeping, Background Verification, Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation in HRIS & Personal File.

Statutory Compliance & Payroll : Statutory audit /Inspection, Statuary Compliance Records, ESIC /PF /Insurance/Gratuity, Returns Preparation and submission, Consolidation of pay roll with all input to Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

Systems Management : Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems. Actively participate in safety committee discussion to ensure employee safety in the plant. Generate various periodically MIS reports Various Audit Preparation and presentation.-

Time office : Biometric administration, HRIS T&A system administration, Daily attendance and time keeping, Data Updation, Employee Leave Management.

Contractual Labour Management : Preparation of daily attendance sheet of contract labour, ensure up to date compliance (e.g. muster roll, wage Register Challans ETC), Hiring / Recruitment of Worker / Contact labour, Pre-Employment Health Checkup and record keeping, Background Verification. Contractor Invoice verification and processing, Contractor Agreement. Vendor Management.

Employee Relations : Administer discipline policy and procedures, investigate complaints of non-acceptable actions and behaviours, Deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes, Lead the employee connects, Drafting of various letters. (Warning/Absconding/Termination etc), Handle day-to-day grievances of Employees and Resolutions, Support to Left Employee for F&F /PF/Letters, Employee counselling on various matters.
