Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the Employee experience strategy
- Lead, manage and develop a portfolio of next-gen experiences for Employees
- Collaborate with the senior leadership, HR, IT and Work Place and Real Estate teams for implementing best-in-class employee experience
- Keenly monitor the market landscape to understand how the employee experience is developing across industries
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with business and HR leaders to influence the people strategies and drive to decisions in a complex, rapidly evolving environment
- Identify high potential areas of investment in the Employee experience, build influence for suggested strategies, and measure success
The Ideal Candidate :
- 10+ years of experience in HRBP or employee experience(Highly preferred) related roles
- Candidates coming from Tech Product, Internet, Pharma or Healthcare backgrounds will be preferred
- Demonstrated experience in building large scale programs with a people centric approach
- Experience with stakeholder management, program design/management, and change management
- Experience thinking creatively and prototyping new ideas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
