Job Description :

- You will play a crucial role in strategically enhancing employee well-being, engagement, and satisfaction through comprehensive wellness programs, rewards initiatives, effective communication, and HR business partnering.

- The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive HR experience to create a positive work environment and drive a culture of success, making a meaningful impact on employee experience.

1. Employee Experience Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and values.

- Partner with senior leadership to ensure the employee experience supports business objectives, enhances retention, and drives employee engagement.

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance the employee experience.

HR Business Partnership:

- Act as a strategic HR business partner, collaborating closely with senior leaders and HR teams to provide guidance and support on all aspects of employee experience.

- Drive the integration of employee experience initiatives with talent management, performance management, and organisational development strategies.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Wellness Programs:

- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive wellness programs that promote employee well-being, physical health, and mental well-being.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement wellness initiatives, such as fitness programs, stress management resources, and work-life balance initiatives.

- Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to ensure maximum impact.

Rewards and Recognition:

- Develop and manage a strategic rewards and recognition program that aligns with the organisations goals and values.

- Evaluate and enhance existing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to establish performance-based rewards programs and recognition initiatives that drive employee motivation and retention.

Communication and Engagement:

- Develop and execute a robust internal communication strategy to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and engagement.

- Create and deliver compelling communication campaigns, including newsletters, intranet content, and town hall meetings.

- Establish feedback mechanisms, including employee surveys and focus groups, to gather insights and address employee concerns effectively.

Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives related to employee experience, ensuring successful adoption of new programs, policies, or cultural shifts.

- Develop and deliver change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.


- Master's degree in Human Resources.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee experience, HR business partnering, wellness programs, rewards programs, and communication.

- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing employee experience strategies in large organisation.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Strong understanding of wellness program design and implementation, including mental health initiatives.

- Proven experience in developing and managing rewards and recognition programs that drive employee engagement and retention.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Strong leadership abilities, including the capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a complex organisation.
