Employee Engagement Role - BFSI/FMCG/FMCD/Telecom (4-12 yrs)
- Managing and conceptualizing Employee Engagement Activities.
- Responsible for entire employee life cycle process.
- Should have worked on all the processes like Culture building, Employer Branding, Employee Retention, OD initiatives and Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Should have conducted employee engagement surveys
- Ensuring resource management to utilize the skill pool available, thus building efficient & productive teams across products.
- Ways to improve the Employee Retention.
- Managing high visibility programmes such as HR Forums, Fun @ work, Employee connect programmes and employee communications.
- Instrumental in redeploying the manpower in alignment with the business direction & requirements.
- Partner with the business in new employee's experience Survey/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
- Planning and execution of Employee Communication System through News Letters, Town Halls, SMT Day out etc.
- Conceptualization of employee retention program through different initiatives.
