Roles and responsibilities :
- Owning, driving, and implementing the employee engagement framework at the Organisation level.
- This will cover a wide range of initiatives such as conducting
- Employee Engagement Survey
- Townhalls
- MD Meets
- Branch Connect by the Leadership team
- Meets with external experts from various domains
- Monthly Theme-based activities (Eg: Health & Wellness, Woman Empowerment etc)
- Celebrations (Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, Fun-Filled Fridays etc)
- Rewards and Recognition program
- Skip level meetings
- 360-degree Feedback
- Planning and measuring the 30/60/90 day experience of new joiners in the organisation
- Setting up the SOP/protocol for regular and skip-level meetings/engagement among Managers (defining the scripts, framework, frequency, measurement systems etc)
- Driving and monitoring the effectiveness of the engagement initiatives through the HR Business Partners at a pan India level.
- Strengthening Employer Branding through regular social media interventions such as
- Showcasing employee engagement initiatives on social media platforms
- Highlighting the employee value proposition
- Sharing employee stories
Requirements :
- MBA in HR with 6+ years of work experience
- Proven expertise in driving the Employee Engagement and social media activities
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees
