Emplay - Conversation Designer - Learning & Development

Looking for a professional to join our team in the capacity of Conversation Designer for an innovative and cutting-edge chatbot solution in learning & development space. The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Understanding the learning solution design (Including functional design incorporating user requirements & business solutions to meet business needs)

- Learn and get hands-on experience on our internal tool to create conversational content for chatbots

- Designing strategies for content delivery

- Research and developing new learning content

- Redesigning existing content to deliver through our learning solution

- Developing storyboards, quizzes, and simulations

An ideal candidate would be:

- With 1-3 yr of experience in instructional designing or content development

- The tool also requires working/basic knowledge of SQL and thus, professional with similar experience or knowledge will be preferred

- Competent in MS office suite and should have knowledge of mind-mapping tools like x-mind, mind-manager etc

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; should be smart and witty

- An enthusiast looking to grow their career in learning & development field
