Your day-to-day responsibilities is:

- P&L Ownership: As the AVP of Corporate Sales & Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for managing and owning the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the corporate sales division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

- Driving Growth & Revenue: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Continuously monitor sales performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

- Networking & Relationship Building: Leverage your existing network of decision-makers in corporates, including CHROs, CEOs, and other key stakeholders, to establish strong relationships and build partnerships.

- Identifying Potential Corporate Partners: Conduct market research to identify potential corporates, banks, and other relevant organizations suitable for strategic alliances and partnerships.

- Senior-level Engagement: Lead conversations at the senior-most levels in target companies, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions that align with Emoha's vision and services.

- Deal Closing: Lead negotiations and facilitate deal closures with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.

- Travel: Be ready and willing to travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore business opportunities across various locations.

- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales processes.

- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve collective goals.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and progress towards achieving targets.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

- 7+ years of experience into similar corporate partnerships

- Existing Network: Proven track record of having an existing network of decision-makers in corporates, including CHROs, CEOs, etc.

- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities.

- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with senior-level executives and represent Emoha professionally.

- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively as required for business purposes.

- Result-Oriented: Highly efficient with numbers, data-driven, and focused on achieving targets and objectives.

- Adaptability - Efficient under pressure
