- We are looking out for Investment Banker for Origination of Deals related to New Age Businesses / Startups.

- At Emkay Wealth Management we focus on HNI & UHNI and the Institutional team focuses on the corporate treasury teams and Family Offices.

Accountability : Origination & Revenue

Supporting Actions :

- Responsible for coverage and execution of transactions. Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for Origination.

- Identify prospective clients from New Age Businesses/ Startups sectors and generate business from the existing clients by originating suitable investment banking mandates

- Responsible for generating agreed Revenue

- Collaborative qualities in driving the team members together to achieve the organizational goals.

- Involved in Corporate Strategy, Equity Fund raise. Key competencies include Transaction Strategy, Structuring, Transaction Negotiations, Valuations, Sell-side M&A process, Buy-side M&A process, Financial Modeling and an in-depth understanding of the New Age Businesses/ Startup companies.

Education : Post-Graduate / MBA from Premier Institute (IIT / Tier 1 Engg / CA along with IIM / ISB / Tier 1 MBA)

Experience : Minimum 7+ years of Investment Banking experience
