JOB DESCRIPTION: Role: ECM Execution Reports to: Head - Execution, Investment Banking Location: Mumbai Job Responsibilities : - Experience in main board IPOs and QIPs - Exposure to buyback, open offers, delisting and other related capital market products - Good understanding of regulations - Hands on experience of working on live mandates. Experience of Buybacks preferred - Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations - Assist in drafting, documentation and liaisoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc. - The position involves supporting the execution team and coverage bankers Organizational Relationships : - Investment banking team Skills - MS excel and MS power point - Strong financial and analytical skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team oriented environments Qualification - CA/CS/ MBA (finance) Experience : 5 - 8 years in execution of capital market transactions
