JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Asst Manager/Manager- Execution Reports to: AVP Department - Investment Banking - Equity Capital Markets Location: Mumbai Team size: none Job Responsibilities: A primary responsibility of the team member would be to : 1. Have a thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market-related regulations 2. Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc. 3. Assist in preparing relevant sections of pitch/credential book 4. Assist in drafting, documentation, and liasoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc. Skills: - Excellent knowledge of Financial Markets/Capital Markets - Good communication skills - Knowledge of working in MS word, powerpoint and excel Qualification: - LLB/CS/MBA Experience: - An ideal candidate would have 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
