Emkay - Executive Assistant To CEO (8-10 yrs)
Position: EA to CEO + Product Reports to: CEO
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
- Project Coordination - Co-ordinate with the various departments on the projects initiated from the CEO's office.
- Project Lead Management - Lead projects initiated from the CEO's office and draw a project plan along with respective milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and timelines
Business Development / Review:
- Preparing periodic business review presentations to track business performance
- Assisting in strategic decision making to identify ways to improve relevant business metrics such as turnaround time, sales targets, or any other relevant metrics
- Tracking industry trends and competition and presenting recommendations to the CEO
- Preparing board presentation highlighting business strategy, achievements, challenges, way forward
- Action plan and follow up of the activities
- Preparing and presenting yearly budgets which includes sales targets, revenue and expenditure forecasts and profitability
