The purpose of the TPO is to govern and drive the successful implementation of critical programmes and projects that will enable ENBD to transform. They are responsible for management of change, effective communication, coordination of complex stakeholders and ensuring that the right people with the right skills are committed to making the transformation happen.

Together with a team of Programme Sponsors, Programme Managers and Programme Business Analysts, they will plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate milestones and activities. TPO will also direct key transformation activities through a matrix structure of Group HR, Change Management & Comms, IT Governance and IT Finance teams.

This role will report to the Head of TPO and will work closely with the Transformation Program Managers, Project BA's and other stakeholders. For the program to be successful, it will be important to have strong relationship building, communication and co-ordination skills to ensure that the organization meets its transformation goals.

The role must provide expertise on business analysis and be able to oversee that a structured B.A. approach is being used across all Transformation Projects, providing required training and coaching to upskill, if required. The role will also co-ordinate activities throughout the Transformation Program including highlighting and ensuring reporting of Impediments (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) and benefits delivery. Working with and co-coordinating multiple stakeholder groups is essential to ensure solutions meet project objectives and are aligned with strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM).

A key part of this role will be to oversee and provide input to testing preparations and activities for Transformation projects. It is also key to make certain that all Project BA's to ensure compliance with standards and reporting, together with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Develop an understanding of business needs across the Transformation projects, challenge existing practices and approaches and contribute to assessment & recommendation of options - All requirements defined, analysed, communicated and validated

- Deep understanding of Transformation projects - Ensure that Projects BA's have defined, analysed, communicated and validated requirements for changes to:-

Structures; Business operations and processes; Product & Service offerings; Policies and Information Systems

- Oversee the business analysis approach across Transformation projects.

- Structured Business analysis approach and process in place.

- All business analysts adhering to process - Agree governance, deliverables and resource with Project BA- s

- Communicate and agree business analysis approach with all project BA- s

- Ensure that process is adhered to

- Co-ordinate business analysis activities.

- Co-ordinated plan in place

- Benefits tracker in place and managed

- RAID register in place and managed - Manage the consolidated Impediments log

- Manage and update the consolidated benefits tracker

- Ensure Risk, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies are being managed and addressed

- Solution Assessment and Validation

- % met - Review solutions against proposed objectives and highlight any deviances

- Ensure scoop creep is controlled

- Ensure alignment of solutions with TOM and strategy

- Provide input into testing preparations and activities

- Test plans signed off

- All tests within scope delivered - Oversee test preparations and activities and ensure the solution meets the identified business need

- Ensure scope of testing has been considered, agreed and signed off

- Review designs

- 100% designs reviewed - Ensure that designs have been reviewed and the impact of design decisions on requirements and stakeholder communications have been analysed

- Embed a Risk Management approach with Project BAs

- 100% compliant - Ensure compliance with standards and reporting, together with all regulatory and statutory requirements
