Eminent Digitals - Brand Manager (1-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy Development:


- Develop and refine the brands overall strategic direction, including short-term and long-term goals.


- Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences, market trends, and competitors.


- Create and implement brand guidelines to maintain consistency in branding across all channels.


2. Brand Positioning:


- Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition.


- Identify key brand differentiators and create messaging to convey these to the target audience.


- Collaborate with product teams to align branding with product offerings.


3. Marketing Campaigns:


- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products or services.


- Manage advertising, public relations and social media efforts to increase brand awareness.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.


4. Content and Creative Management:


- Work with creative teams to develop branding materials, including logos, advertisements, packaging, and promotional content.


- Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines.


- Approve and oversee the production of marketing collateral.


5. Budget Management:


- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget.


- Monitor expenses and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.


6. Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Collaborate with various departments, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align branding efforts.


- Communicate brand strategies and guidelines to internal teams and external partners.


7. Brand Performance Analysis:


- Monitor and assess brand health and performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.


- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate brand performance to senior management.


Candidates Qualification:


- Master's degree Preferred


- Proven experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of successful brand campaigns.


- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.


- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.


- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
